Terms and Conditions
Before starting your exam, you’ll be asked to review and accept the Deltek Certification Program Terms and Conditions.
No written or online reference materials may be used throughout the exam.
Exams must be completed in one sitting, with a maximum of 90 minutes.
You have up to three attempts to pass. After three unsuccessful attempts, a 30-day waiting period applies before retaking.

No. Deltek certification exams are complimentary and do not require any form of registration or login. You can launch an exam directly from the exam page.
Certification exams may be accessed on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile devices. However, for the best user experience, it is strongly recommended that exams be taken on a desktop or laptop computer using a supported web browser (latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) with a stable internet connection.
Exam results are displayed immediately upon submission. The results screen provides the score, pass/fail status, and a summary of incorrect responses to support preparation for a future attempt.
Candidates who pass will also receive an email from Deltek via Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions to accept their digital credential.
On passing the exam, candidates receive an email from Deltek via Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions to accept their digital credential. To ensure delivery, it is recommended that this email address be whitelisted.
Once accepted, the certification badge is available through the candidate’s Credly dashboard. Badges may be shared directly to LinkedIn, X, or Facebook, emailed, linked, embedded on a website, or downloaded.
A Certificate of Completion is also available through Credly and may be downloaded as a PDF once the badge has been accepted.
Certification badges remain active for a period of two years from the date of issue. After this time, candidates must retake the applicable exam to maintain an active credential.
