The Open Plan Silver: Scheduler Exam evaluates a candidate’s intermediate-level knowledge of scheduling and project planning within Deltek Open Plan. This exam uses scenario-based questions to assess a candidate’s ability to manage complex scheduling tasks in realistic project environments.


The exam covers key topics including:

Building activity logic and network views

Assigning and leveling resources

Managing baselines

Applying schedule tuning and optimization techniques


Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to develop, manage, and optimize detailed project schedules, ensuring effective resource use and accurate project planning within Open Plan.
